Adolf Dassler,
The company was founded by Adolf "Adi" Dassler, who made sports shoes in his mother's laundry room or laundry room in Herzogenaurach, Germany. After returning from World War I. His older brother Rudolf joined the business in July 1924, which became the "sports shoes((Gebrüder Dassler Schuhfabrik). Dassler persuaded American sprinter Jesse Owens to wear his hand-made spikes to
the 1936 Summer Olympics. After Owens won four gold medals, Dassler's shoe name
and fame became famous around the world for athletes and their trainers. The
business was successful and the Dasslers were selling 200,000 pairs of shoes
every year before World War II.
Both Dassler brothers joined the NSDAP in May 1933 and turned-out
members of the National Socialist Motor Corps. Besides, Adolf took the position
of Sportwart in the Hitler Youth from 1935 until the finish of the war. During
the war, the organization was running the last sports shoe processing plant in
the nation and predominantly provided the Wehrmacht with shoes. In 1943 the shoe
production had to stop activities and the organization's offices and the labor
force were utilized to produce anti-tank weapons. From 1942 to 1945 at least
nine constrained workers were working at both sites of the organization.
The Dassler plant, utilized for the creation of anti-tank
weapons during the Second World War was almost devastated in 1945 by US powers
yet was saved when Adolf Dassler's wife persuaded the GIs that the organization
and its employees were interested in manufacturing sports shoes. As a result,
empowered Americans became the main buyers of the Dassler brothers' shoes.

Adidas is the largest sportswear manufacturer
in Europe, and the second-largest on the earth, after Nike. this well-renowned company established in 1949 in Herzogenaurach, Germany. It is a holding company
of the Adidas Group, a subsidiary of Reebok Sports Clothing, 8.33% of the
German Bayern Merchant Football Club, and runtatic, of Austrian Fitness
Technology. Adidas' revenue for 2018 was € 21.915 billion.
The three stripes are Adidas' identity mark,
having been used on the company's clothing and shoe designs as a marketing aid.
The branding, which Adidas bought in 1952 from Finnish sports company Karhu
Sports for the equivalent of 1,600 euros and two bottles of WHISKEY, [ became
so successful that Dassler described Adidas as "The three stripes
company".
