Solar System
The
solar system is made up of the sun and its planets, satellites, asteroids,
countless comets and countless meteors. The sun is at the center of the solar
system. The gravitational force of the planets revolves around the sun. The Sun
is the controller of all the planets and satellites in the solar system. All
the activities of the solar system based on the sun. Let's go. The solar system
is one of the largest in the universe.
Sun
The
sun is a star. This is a medium sized yellow star! It has a diameter of about
13 lakh 64 thousand kilometers and a mass of about 1.99*1013 kilograms. It is the most important
astrologer in the solar system. Our relationship with the sun is very close.
The sun is the main source of heat and light for the earth, other planets and
satellites. Without the sun, the earth would be forever dark, and there would
be no living things on earth. Eight planets revolve around the sun. Mercury,
Venus, Earth, Mars, Jupiter, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus and Neptune are the
planets at different distances from the Sun. The largest of the planets is
Jupiter and the sixth is Mercury. Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter and Saturn are
quite bright and can be seen without the help of angles. Uranus and Neptune are
so bright that they cannot be seen without telescopes.
Mercury
Mercury
is the smallest planet in the solar system and the closest to the Sun. Its
average distance from the sun. 5.6 crore kilometers; Its diameter is 4,650 km.
Being very close to the sun, it is not always visible due to the intensity of
the sun's rays. It takes Mercury 7 days to orbit the Sun once. So, Mercury is
one year on that day. Mercury's gravitational force is so low that it cannot
hold the atmosphere in a corner. There are no clouds, rain, wind and water. So,
animals do not exist. A 1974 image of Mercury sent by the US spacecraft
Mariner-10 shows that Mercury's surface is exactly like the Moon's. The earth
is filled with innumerable holes, all over the place. There are numerous hills
and plains. There is no satellite in the corner of Mercury.
Venus
According
to Mercury, Venus is also seen as a dry star in the sky and a twilight star in
the evening sky. The dry stars or the evening stars are not actually in the
corner. But shines according to the stars. That's why we call it wrong. Venus
is covered in dense clouds. So, the sun is never seen from its surface. Venus's
cloudy atmosphere is made up mainly of carbon dioxide. It is the brightest and
hottest planet in the solar system. The distance from the Sun to Venus is 10.8 crore kilometers. There is no difference between
day and night in any particular corner of light. It rains here but acid rain.
The diameter of Venus is 12,104 km. Venus takes 225 days to orbit the sun. So,
Venus is one year in 225 days. There are no satellites in the corner of Venus.
Although all the planets rotate from west to east on their own axis, only Venus
rotates from east to west.
Earth
The
earth is our home. It is the third closest planet to the Sun. The average
distance from the sun to the earth is 15 crore kilometers. Its diameter is
about 12667 km. It takes 365 days 5 hours 48 minutes 47 seconds for the earth
to orbit the sun once. So here is a year in 365 days. The moon is the only
satellite of the earth. Earth is the only planet that has the necessary oxygen,
nitrogen and temperature in its atmosphere that are suitable for plants and
animals to live in. Earth is the only planet in the solar system. Life exists.
Size
and shape of the world/earth
Astronaut
Yuri Gagarin orbiting Sputnik on April 12, 1961, orbiting the Earth, realized
that the Earth was galactic, but slightly tilted north-south. In addition, his
oily world can be seen in pictures. But slightly swollen in the east-west. In
other words, the actual shape of the earth is according to the oblate spheroid.
Since
the shape of the earth is not completely circular, the equatorial east-west diameter
of the earth and the polar ‘north-south’ diameter are different. The polar
diameter is 12,714 km and the equatorial diameter is 12,757 km. The difference
between them is 43 km. The average diameter of the earth is 12,734.5 km. It is
calculated to be 12,800 km for ease of calculation. As such, the average radius
of the earth is 6,400 kilometers. The equatorial circumference of the Earth is
40,077 km. It has the largest circumference and a polar circumference of 40,009
km. The average circumference is taken to be 40,000 km for the convenience of
calculation.
Mars
NASA's
Curiosity Mars Rover touched down eight years ago, on Aug. 5, 2012
Mars
is the closest neighbor to Earth. It is seen most of the year. With the naked
eye, Mars looks red. Its average distance from the sun is 22.8 crore
kilometers. Its diameter is 6787 km, about half the diameter of the earth. The
amount of day and night on this planet is almost equal to that of Earth. It
takes687 days for Mars to revolve around the sun once. There are canyons and
volcanoes on the surface of Mars. The amount of oxygen and water on this planet
is very low and the amount of carbon dioxide is so high (99 percent) that
creature cannot exist. Mars has two satellites named Forbes and Dimas.
Jupiter
Jupiter is the largest
planet in the solar system. It is called Grahraj. Its diameter is 1,42,600
kilometers. 1,300 times larger than Earth. It is about 77.8 crore kilometers
away from the sun. So, one-seventh of the earth gets heat. Jupiter's atmosphere
is made up of hydrogen and helium gas. The surface temperature of the
atmosphere is very low and the interior temperature is very high (about 30,000
Celsius). Jupiter takes time to orbit the sun once 4,331 days. Jupiter has 67
satellites. Life does not exist on this planet.
Saturn
Saturn
is the second largest planet in the solar system. Its distance from the sun is
143 crore kilometers. It is a huge galaxy made of gas. Its diameter is 120,000
km. Saturn's crust is covered with ice. Its atmosphere contains a mixture of
hydrogen and helium, methane and ammonia gases. The time it takes for Saturn to
orbit the Sun once is about 29.5 years, equal to Earth's. Saturn is surrounded
by a bright ring and has 62 satellites.
Uranus
Uranus
is the third largest planet in the solar system. This planet is located 287 crore kilometers away from the sun. It takes 84 years
for this planet to orbit the sun. The average diameter of the planet is 49,000
kilometers. This planet is made up of light matter, the amount of methane gas
in the atmosphere is higher. According to Saturn, a few rings of Uranus have
also been discovered, but they are not as bright as the rings of Saturn. It has
27 satellites.
Neptune
Its
distance from the sun is about 450 crore kilometers. There is very little sun
and heat here. Its diameter is 48,400 km. This planet is about 72 Earths in
size and its mass is equal to the mass of 17 Earths. Its atmosphere is mostly
methane and ammonia gas. It has 14 satellites.
